Why is finding a third place so valuable when feeling alone or experiencing disconnection? Does a third place a day keep the doctor away. Not unless you are a doctor as that could lead to schizophrenia and the company of other doctors who weren't quite good enough to make it as conventional doctors. Anyway yes, get to third place.
